PAYMENT
We accept Paypal or Card payments at the checkout.
Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout buy clicking the 'checkout with Paypal' bar. You will then given an option to either continue to pay using card Matercard, Visa, Switch etc. or you can sign into your Paypal account and pay from there.
POSTAGE
All postage costs are for United Kingdom customers only. If you are not a UK based customer please contact us before making any orders and we can find a postage quote for you.
Delivery time will normally be within 7-10 working days. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 14 days.
PRICING
All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and goods are sold under English law. Pricing is subject to web update changes. We will advise of this before shipping.
PACKAGING
All items will come with the appropriate manufacturers protective packaging accept in certain reduction sale conditions.
PRODUCT ENQUIRES
We make every effort to offer only merchandise sizes and colours that are available and in stock accept on items sent directly from the manufacturer. If a size or colour is not available, we will notify you on receipt of your order and offer an alternative where possible or advise on waiting time for restock.You can then either advise us if you would like to wait on the item or ask for a refund.
We are unable to search for items from a previous season or that are not carried in our current store stock.
Any products made to measure from information-sizes provided by the customer are non returnable. We are happy to help and advise customers although we cannot be held responsible for your decisions made when choosing a size of garment.
Your order is only accepted by us once we have taken payment from you.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Cancellation Rights & Returns UK and EU
Please note that no statutory cancellation rights apply to goods that have been made specifically to your requirements, design or measurements.
Please note that you are under a legal duty to take care of the product, and this includes all packaging and labelling. Care must be taken to ensure that the goods remain in the best possible condition.
Please take particular care with items which are easily damaged. If you need guidance on the best way to try any item without damaging it, please contact us. When trying on goods it should be reasonably apparent before fully trying on the goods whether they are likely to fit or not and you should not stretch goods or force zips or fastenings as this may damage the goods and cause injury to you or your horse.
Should you decide to return the goods you must notify us of cancellation in writing (by post to the address below, or by contacting us through email within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Following cancellation you are under a legal duty to not use the goods, and to take care of them.
You must return the goods to us securely packaged, in the condition in which they were received, at your cost, as soon as possible, with as much of their original packaging and their original paperwork as possible. We will refund within 7 working days of receiving the goods, the sums paid by you in relation to them.
f you do not return the goods within 21 days of your cancellation notice, we may chose to recover the goods from you, and if we do so, to charge you for the cost of doing so. If, despite sending a cancellation notice, you do not return the goods or fail to make them available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made, and if we have already granted a refund, you will be re-charged for your order at the price set out on the web site.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns policy for new saddles-We inspect all saddles before dispatch.
New saddles are NOT offered for trial purposes.
Please try to insure that the saddle you have ordered is the one you require.
If for any justifiable reason you wish to return a new saddle you have ordered from us there will be a restocking fee of 10 per cent which is non negotiable.Saddles returned must be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt in new and unused with all original packaging.
We have the right to refuse the package otherwise.
